When renting with Rental Hotline you will be requested to pay a minimum of one week’s rent as a holding deposit.

At a date prior to the commencement of your tenancy, you will need to come into our office to sign up leasing documentation and pay a further three weeks rent to finalise your bond (which is normally equivalent to four weeks rent), and pay a further two weeks rent in advance.

Under the Residential Tenancies Act in Queensland you will be required to sign a Bond Lodgement form so that the four weeks bond is then lodged with the Authority on your behalf. By law, all agents are required to do this within ten days. You will then receive a receipt at your new address noting the lodgement of this bond.
