Q. What is the initial outlay for renting a property?
A. You will be required to pay 6 weeks times the rent to be paid in cash or bank cheque. 4 weeks is allocated to the bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.  Use our Rent & Bond Calculator.

Q. If I see a property I like, how do I view inside?
A. You will be required to attend the office and collect keys. You will need to leave a key deposit of $ 20.00 and a photocopy of your identification.  Read more about applying.

Q. How do I apply for a property that I wish to rent?
A. You will be required to complete an application form in full. You will need to list your last two residential addresses. You will also be required to supply us with your employment history.

Q. Do I need identification?
A. You will need to produce 1 photograph identification and two other forms with your current address for our Application for Tenancy.

Q. How long does my application take to be approved?
A. Under normal circumstances your application can be processed within the hour if you have provided all details required.

Q. Does Rental Hotline accept bond transfers?
A. No, if you are currently renting through Rental Hotline, we may be able to transfer 50% of your current bond. This is at the Property Managers’ discretion.
