Property Management provides an interesting and challenging career and attracts people from all walks of life. At Rental Hotline, we understand the wide scope of skills and duties that go into making a successful property management team and our staff work together to create an environment that proactively services our Landlords, Tenants and fellow staff members.

Underpinning that service is our commitment to creating and enhancing systems to help make property management as “paperless” and stress-free as possible while still complying with the industry’s relevant Acts and regulations.

We structure our teams to combine all the strengths of “portfolio” with the benefits of “task” management. This means that our Property Managers primarily deal with all aspects of property management that they will have direct communication with their Landlords about such as approving tenants, maintaining arrears, maintenance, property inspections and, when necessary, Small Claims Tribunal applications and appearances. Aided by Assistant Property Managers who provide clerical and day-to-day organizational support, our teams are also relieved of end-of-month duties, which are centralized at our Head Office and are run overnight, providing minimal (if any) interruption to the service we provide to our customers.
