Rental Hotline is a Specialist Residential Property Management network, covering the metropoliton area of Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, Australia.
Rental Hotline commenced operation twelve years ago with the separation of Rentals and Sales services of Stockdale & Leggo in the Logan City area. The Sales division of the business operates under the name RH Property Sales.
This move allowed the creation of three specialist rental offices operating under the name Rental Hotline with a focus on Property Management rather than Sales. Using these three offices as building blocks, Rental Hotline Group now has four offices covering a large percentage of Brisbane with offices in Springwood, Nundah, Coorparoo and Toowong.
Today Rental Hotline is made up of four teams incorporating 15 Property Managers along with specialists managers and Receptionists.
All offices operate independently on a day-to-day basis with the benefits of sharing the resources of the Group. The Group’s Managing Director, John White, has been with the company since its inception in 1988 when it started with 24 property managements and one real estate office, growing today to some 3,000 managements Brisbane-wide and four offices.
While there are some areas around Brisbane where the Group does not have rentals, it does offer services that stretch from Caboolture in the north to Ormeau in the south, Bellbowrie in the west and Tingalpa in the east.
Rental Hotline was the first specialist property management company on the east coast of Australia to attain quality assurance to standard ISO-9002. This means that we can guarantee our service to you.
As the result of Rental Hotline’s achievements in systems, IT and quality assurance, a subsidiary of the Network Group recently undertook a pilot scheme for the Queensland Government in the management of 5,500 Housing Commission properties.
Rental Hotline Group’s objectives are to offer Landlords and Tenants a professional, Brisbane-wide residential rental service that exceeds normal standards thru the use of training and technology.
